Your Real Estate Plan With The Kimber Wuerfel Real Estate Team
When we show our listing appointment. Our team already has a plan for you, a written plan, not a plan that we popped up on a computer with statistics. And this is in that is a plan that's custom made, custom tailored for your home. It includes what we're going to need to pack up for you, put away for you, organize for you what needs to be painted, cleaned, carpeted. And the reason we do those things isn't because we make more money, is because our job is to make your house look like a million bucks. And it cost a little bit of money and a little bit of time to make that happen. So when we walk in the door, we have a written plan. This specific for your house and the items listed on the plan are the things we're going to do for you, not the things that we're going to ask you to do for us so we can stick our side in the ground. It's a written, customized plan, and it starts on the day we show up and it ends with the day that we anticipate you will get your check. A lot of sellers think that once they talk to us, it's a quick 30 day process. Well, selling a home is not a 30 day process. It'll take us a few weeks to get your house prepared, a couple of weeks of showing your house, depending on how many other homes are available. And when we do get offers and select an offer, there's another 30 to 45 day period of time that happens there. So our plan starts on the day we sit down with you and goes right through to the day you're going to get your check. And I find that sellers are comforted by that and they help set their expectations. 📲 Call or text us: 714.812.9155 Kimber Kimber/Alana Real Estate Boutique 16473 Springdale St. Huntington Beach, CA 92649 🚪 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday-Friday) 🚪 10:00am - 6:00pm (Saturday) Kimber Wuerfel Real Estate Team 🏘 #kimberrealestateteam DRE# 01314386 www.callkimber.com
Recapping The Surf City Marathon in Huntington Beach
On Sunday morning, Michelle Jacobsen of Newport Beach emerged as the winner of the 27th annual Surf City Marathon for women. With a time of 2 hours, 57 minutes, and 41 seconds, Jacobsen outran all other female competitors in the 26.2 mile race. The Surf City Marathon took runners through various scenic routes, including all six lanes of Pacific Coast Highway in Huntington Beach, Central Park, the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, and a beachfront running path. After chasing the lead female runner until the 24th mile, Jacobsen took the lead and ultimately secured her victory. This was Jacobsen's second win in the women's Surf City Marathon, having previously won in 2021. In the men's marathon, Jason Yang of Los Angeles came in first place with a time of 2:29:01, followed by Ruben Gonzalez of Anaheim in 2:41:37. Meanwhile, Robert Miranda of Venice won the men's half marathon in 1:05:03, and Elizabeth Camy of Simi Valley won the women's half marathon in 1:18:40. The 5K race had its own set of winners as well, with Ismael Samano of Los Angeles winning the men's race in 15:25 and Rachel Miura of Laguna Hills winning the women's race in 18:00. Overall, the Surf City Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5K race saw the participation of more than 15,000 runners, walkers, and wheelchair athletes.
